To view analysis output:

When analysis is complete, select Analyses from the My Data tab in BaseSpace Sequence Hub. |

Select the analysis name. |

Select any of the following pages to view the analysis results. |

Analysis Info—General information about the analysis session, including log files. |
|

|
Inputs—The samples and settings specified for the analysis session. |
|
•
|
Output Files—Output files for the pedigree matched tumor-normal pair. |
|
•
|
Analysis Reports—Analysis reports for each within the pedigree matched tumor-normal pair. |
