Save Filter Combination
After you apply a set of filters, you can save the filter combination and apply it in other cases or subviews. You can only apply filter combinations that have been saved in the same genome build.
| 1. | Open the case containing the filter combination that you want to save. |
| 2. | Select Edit Variant Filters. |
| 3. | Select Save Filter As. |
| • | To add a filter, enter a unique name. |
| • | To update a saved filter, enter the filter name. |
| 4. | Select Save. |
