Aggregate Dendrogram Chart
A per-sample classification vector is created for each sample using the same method described in Aggregate PCoA Chart. The difference is that the current taxonomic range is defined as genus only (only genus-level, non-empty classifications are considered). A Pearson Correlation Distance Matrix is calculated, as described in Pearson Correlation Distance Matrix. Finally, a standard UPGMA hierarchical clustering is used to generate the dendrogram.
