Review the Design

1. Select Review Design to review and order the final design.
2. Review the design details in the Review Design pane at the top of the page.

Depending on the design type selected when configuring the design, some or all of the following information is displayed:

Field

Description

Total Assay Count

The total number of assays in the design.

Number of Binding Assays

The number of assays that have a binding error. Any errors prevent ordering.

Number of Duplicate Assays

The number of duplicate assays. All duplicate assays result in a binding error. Any errors prevent ordering.

Number of Assays with Duplicate ULSO/DLSO

The total number of assays in the final design with duplicate ULSO or DLSO. The number of assays with duplicate ULSO/DLSO must be zero before ordering.

Number of Base Content Assays

The number of assays selected from the base content project.

Number of Supplemental Assays

The number of supplemental assays added to the final design.

Warnings

Any design warnings are displayed here. The two possible warnings are as follows.

Assay minimum for order not reached—The design does not contain the minimum number of required assays. A minimum of 12 assays is required.
Supplemental assay minimum for order not reached—The design does not contain the minimum number of required supplemental assays. A minimum of 12 assays is required.
3. View detailed information on targets and assays using the appropriate tabs in the table below the Review Design pane:
View Target Information

4. [Optional] Select Edit Design to return to the Edit Targets page and manage targets or assays in the design. See Manage and Export Targets.
5. To export information about targets, select the checkboxes next to the appropriate targets, and then select Export.
6. To generate a file suitable for importing into DesignStudio projects:
  1. Select a file format under Save targets as a Search Term import file:
  2. .csv
  3. .tsv
  4. Select Export.
7. To export more specific information from the design:
  1. Select the type of data under Export data from:
  2. Target

  4. Select a file format under Save data as:
  5. .csv
  6. .tsv
  7. .bed
  8. Select Export.
8. When ready to place an order, select Get Pricing.

If there are any warnings, binding errors, duplicate assays, or assays with duplicate ULSO or DLSO, the Order button is disabled.

9. Review the final design details, and then select Finalize Design & Get Pricing.
