Summary Analysis Report

When multiple samples are analyzed, the DRAGEN Enrichment app creates an aggregated analysis of all samples analyzed in the run. Select Summary in the left navigation pane to view the aggregate summary report.

Statistics are plotted against samples with tables providing additional metrics.

Aggregate metrics files (*.csv) of all samples in the analysis can be downloaded by selecting Export (CSV).
