Illumina Annotation Engine (IAE)
Annotation with IAE populates the *.vcf file with the following values in the INFO column CSQ key:

| • | Transcript ID |
| • | Functional consequence |
| • | Canonical transcript flag |
| • | HGVS coding nomenclature |
| • | HGVS protein nomenclature |
| • | HGNC gene symbol |
Annotation through IAE is available for alignments against the human reference genome: UCSC build hg19.
