Analysis Output
To view analysis output:
| 1. | When analysis is complete, select Analyses from the My Data tab in BaseSpace Sequence Hub. |
| 2. | Select the analysis name. |
| 3. | Select any of the following tabs to view the analysis results. |
| • | Summary—General information about the analysis session, including log files. |
| • | Reports–Analysis reports for each sample. |
| • | Inputs—Overview of input settings. |
| • | Files—Output files for the samples. |
