Amplification VCF File
Amplification calls are reported in an amplification VCF file. This file uses the same file headings as the other VCF formatted files output by TruSight Tumor 15. However, amplification VCF files only report on copy number variation information for the three TruSight Tumor 15 amplification genes, EGFR, ERBB2, and MET.
