Analysis Output

To view analysis output:

When analysis is complete, select the Projects tab in BaseSpace Sequence Hub.

Select the project where the app results are stored, and then select the analysis.

Select through the following pages to view the analysis results.

•

Analysis Info—General information about the analysis session, including log files.

•

Inputs—The samples and settings specified for the analysis session.

•

Output Files—Output files for the sample.

•

Analysis Reports—Filtered Variant Summary for each sample pair and analysis metrics for aggregate results when multiple samples are analyzed.
