Table 2   Low Coverage Amplicons Table*

Column Heading	Description
Gene	The gene covered by the low coverage amplicon.
Amplicon Name	Amplicon Target ID as defined in the manifest file.
Chromosome	The chromosome covered by the amplicon.
Coordinate Start	The start position of the amplicon as defined in the manifest file.
Coordinate End	The end position of the amplicon as defined in the manifest file.
Coverage	Per-amplicon read coverage: total number of reads assigned to the amplicon.
