Set Analysis Parameters

Launch the app from BaseSpace Sequence Hub.

Select the Apps tab.

Select TruSight Tumor 170.

From the drop-down list, select version 1.0.3, and then select Launch Application.

[Optional] In the Analysis Name field, enter an analysis name of your preference.

The default is the app name followed by the date and time the analysis session started.

In the Save Results field, select Select Project(s).

In the Select Project(s) dialog box, do one of the following:

•

Select an existing project to store the app results.

•

Select New to create a project. Add a name and description, and select Create to add it to the projects list.

Click Select.

Do one of the following based on the type of samples you are analyzing:

•

In the DNA Samples field, select Select Sample(s).

•

In the RNA Samples field, select Select Sample(s).

In the Select Sample(s) dialog box, select the samples to be analyzed, and then select the Select button.

•

[Optional] Search for samples you want to analyze.

•

[Optional] Select the filters icon to filter the Samples list by project and genome.

Select Continue.

When the analysis completes, the app session status automatically updates.
