When analysis is complete, select Analyses from the My Data tab in BaseSpace™ Sequence Hub. |

Select any of the following pages to view the analysis results. |

Summary—General information about the analysis session, including log files. |

Reports—Analysis reports for each matched tumor-normal pair. |

Inputs—The samples and settings specified for the analysis session. |

|
Files—Output files for the matched tumor-normal pair. |
