Dashboard
After login, you start at the dashboard. The dashboard provides access to notifications, your latest runs, projects, and app results. The dashboard is always accessible in BaseSpace from the top ribbon selector.

Note If a run or project is not showing on BaseSpace, your MiSeq data may not have been sent to BaseSpace. You need to set the BaseSpace option on the MiSeq; see the MiSeq User Guide. |
