Projects
The Projects button opens a list of your projects. You can sort the list by name, last update, or owner. Clicking on a project provides access to the app results and samples within that project.
When you hover to the projects name, you will see the following options for sharing a project and editing the project details:
| • | Edit project details: Allows you to edit the name and description of the project |
| • | Share: Allows you to manage sharing a project with a particular collaborator |
| • | Share by link: Allows you to forward the sharing link to any number of collaborators |

Note Runs and projects have separate permissions. If you share a project you do not share the runs contained within the project. |
App Results
The app results can be sorted by app name, date created, and workflow. Clicking on an app provides charts relevant for the workflow used. See the topics below for an explanation of the charts.
Samples
The sample list can be sorted by sample name, date created, and genome. Clicking on a sample provides more information for that sample.
