Runs
The Runs button leads to the runs list, which allows you to sort your runs based on experiment name, state, created date, machine, and flow cell barcode.
The different states runs can be in are explained below:

The instrument has finished sequencing but primary analysis is still running on instrument |

Analyzing |
Secondary analysis is running |

Complete |
Secondary analysis is complete |

Failed |
Secondary analysis has failed/produced an error |

Needs Attention |
Secondary analysis needs attention |
If you want to look at a run in detail, click on the experiment name to view metrics in the Run Details page.
When you hover to the run name, you will see the following options for sharing and downloading a run.
Sharing
When you click on the Share button you see the following options:
| • | Share: Allows you to manage sharing a run with a particular collaborator |
| • | Share by link: Allows you to forward the sharing link to any number of collaborators |

Note Runs and projects have separate permissions. If you share a run you do not share the project contained within the run. |
Downloads
When you click on the Download button, you will have the following options:
