Aggregate Dendrogram Chart

A per-sample classification vector is created for each sample using the same method described in Aggregate PCoA Chart. The difference is that the current taxonomic range is defined as genus only (only genus-level, non-empty classifications are considered). We then calculate a Pearson Correlation Distance Matrix, as described in Pearson Correlation Distance Matrix. Finally, we use standard UPGMA hierarchical clustering to generate the dendrogram.
