View Analysis Output

To view analysis output:

When analysis is complete, select Analyses from the My Data tab in BaseSpace Sequence Hub.

Select the analysis name.

Select any of the following pages to view the analysis results.

•

Summary—General information about the analysis session, including log files.

•

Reports—Analysis reports for each sample.

•

Inputs—The samples and settings specified for the analysis session.

•

Files—Output files for the sample.
