Manifest Output Files
The Enrichment app produces BED and TXT manifest output files that specify the regions that are used in the analysis. If there are duplicates or overlapping regions, those files contain the corrected version. The BED file can be used in VariantStudio or Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) to highlight the targeted regions.
These output files are in the aggregate output directory for multi-sample inputs and in the single sample directory for single-sample inputs.
