Downloading Reference Genomes
Custom reference genomes are available for download from the Reference Genomes management page in the Settings menu. To download a reference genome file, do the following.
| 1. | From the Account drop-down menu, select Settings. |
| 2. | From the Files & Kits drop-down menu, select Reference Genomes in the Run Setup (NextSeq 1000/2000) section. |
| 3. | Select a genome file and then select Download. |
