Add Targets by File Upload
| 1. | Select the Upload File tab. |
| 2. | [Optional] Select .csv to download a file template and enter gene data in place of the sample entries. |
When using a template, do not change column headings. Follow the format of the sample entries included in the template. The template file includes two columns:

| 3. | Select Select a File and navigate to the appropriate file. |
| 4. | Select Upload File. |
DesignStudio validates the file and displays error messages for any entries that contain errors. Targets that are not available for On-Demand panels are converted to Spike-In and are listed in the Spike-In tab. DesignStudio does not support designs that include multiple entries with the same gene name.

| • | Select Download error list to download a detailed log file of the erroneous entries. After all the errors are fixed, return to step 3 to reimport the file. |
