Export Target Regions from a TruSeq Custom Amplicon Design

Select View Designs from the DesignStudio navigation bar.

Select the TruSeq Custom Amplicon tab.

From the Actions column of the desired project, select Select and then Export.

Only completed projects are available for export.

Select Target under Export data from.

Select .bed under Save data as.

Select Export.
