View Reports

Select View Reports from the DesignStudio navigation bar.

Select the assay type tab for the project report you would like to view.

[Optional] To filter the designs by State, select a State from the drop-down box to the right of the assay tabs.

From the View Report column of the desired project, select View Report.

There are two types of reports:

Design Detail Report— A graphical report detailing the coverage and gaps information relative to the targets that were submitted for design.

•

Variant Detail Report—A report displaying details of variants found within target regions. The variants are identified by the variant database selected at design creation (i.e. 1000 Genomes, or dbSNP).
