Interpretation
View variants and record your interpretations in the Interpretations tab for the case.
| 1. | Select a case from the dashboard, and then review the subject information for the case. |
| 2. | Select the Interpretation tab and then perform any of the following actions: |
| • | View variants for the proband subject in the variant grid. See Variant Grid. |
| • | Apply or modify filters. See Apply Variant Filters. |
| • | View more information about the variant. See View Variant Details. |
| • | Add variant associations to your knowledge base. See Add an Association in TruSight Software or Add an Association in Knowledge Network. |
