Variant Calling Pipeline
TruSight Software accepts sample FASTQ [update when VCF is supported] files (30x–100x coverage) as input and runs the files through DRAGEN Germline (single sample) and DRAGEN Joint Genotyping (1–5 member pedigrees) analysis to produce the files (VCF, BAM, etc) used in the software.
