Targeted Resequencing

Targeted Resequencing in DesignStudio currently supports custom assay design and ordering for TruSeq Custom Amplicon, TruSeq Custom Enrichment, Nextera Custom Enrichment, and Nextera Rapid Capture Custom Enrichment projects. DesignStudio is available through the MyIllumina web site. A MyIllumina account is required and can be requested at https://my.illumina.com/Account/Register.
