Analysis Software BaseSpace Sequence Hub: Command Line Tools for Basic Analysis

BaseMount and BaseSpace CLI are tools for navigating BaseSpace Sequence Hub accounts through a command line interface. These tools greatly reduce effort when uploading, downloading, and viewing data on BaseSpace.
This webinar is intended for advanced BaseSpace users with knowledge operating in a command line environment. In this webinar we will discuss and demonstrate:
• The difference between BaseMount and BaseSpace CLI
• Installation and Requirements for each tool
• Using the tools with all BaseSpace Sequence Hub account types (Basic, Professional, Enterprise)
