Aggregate_Counts.csv
The aggregate counts csv files provide per-level aggregate counts for all samples. The files are split by taxonomic level, as indicated in the file name (eg, Class_Level_Aggregate_Counts.csv). Each row represents a unique classification that occurred in one or more samples. Each sample is assigned a column, labeled with the sample ID in the header row. Entries in the table represent the number of reads with the row classification label in the column sample.
