Summary.csv
The summary.csv files show summarized counts of how reads were classified in the sample. Each unique classification is a row, and the number of hits and % of total hits are recorded for each row. Partial classifications (eg, where a Class-level classification was made, but not an Order-level classification) have unclassified entries left blank.
