The BaseSpace® App Whole Genome Sequencing v6.0 uses the following enhanced modules to analyze sequencing data:

• Isaac for aligning and read mapping.
• Strelka for variant calling single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and small indels.
• Manta for structural variant and large indels calling.
• Canvas for copy number variation analysis.
