Add Amplicons by Uploading Files

[Optional] Prepare an amplicons file to upload by doing one of the following. |

Download an Amplicons file template and edit for your design. |

Download an Amplicons file from an existing commercial or community panel. Select Available Panels, browse the table for the Amplicons file you want to download, and edit for your design |

Select the Add Amplicons by File tab. |

Select Select a File and navigate to the appropriate file. |
DesignStudio validates the file and displays error messages for any entries that contain errors. You may select Continue wuth Valid Targets to ignore the entries with errors. You can also download the file to correct any errors. When the errors are fixed, return to step 2 to reimport the file.
