Output Files

BCL Convert generates one FASTQ file per sample and one Fastq Report that represents the entire analysis.

Output files are arranged in the following folder structure:

<Sample ID> dataset—Contains complete FASTQ (*.fastq.gz) files for each sample.

•

Fastq Report dataset—Contains the Reports folder, the Logs folder, and Task Execution Service (TES) log files. This dataset represents the entire analysis.

Top unknown barcodes file

Logs—Contains all log files
