Summary Analysis Report
When multiple samples are analyzed, the DNA + RNA Amplicon app creates an aggregated analysis of all samples analyzed in the run. Select Summary in the left navigation pane to view the aggregate summary report. Statistics are plotted against samples with tables providing additional metrics.
