Variant Calling

DNA Variants are reported in the regions covered by the manifest. The somatic variant caller performs variant calling of the following small variants:

• Single nucleotide variants (SNV)
• Multiple nucleotide variants (MNV) up to 3 base pairs
• Insertions
• Deletions
