Individual Samples Comparison Summary
Under Comparison of individual samples, you can view pairwise comparisons between all sample pairs. Select the sample pair for display in the drop-down menus. You can view the following metrics:
| • | The Read count comparison is a scatter plot comparison of the normalized read counts between the two samples. |
| • | The Sample comparison results table provides a comparison between the two replicates per gene or transcript. |
