Introduction
The BaseSpace Sequence Hub® RNA Amplicon App analyzes RNA samples that are prepared using particular amplicon sequencing-based RNA Expression Kits. The app aligns reads against regions specified in the manifest file, quantifies the relative expression of transcripts between several samples, and compares abundance across samples.
