Sample Correlation Section

The Sample Correlation section contains the following fields.

Column Heading	Description
Control Group	The first group (one or more replicates) being compared.
Comparison Group	The second group (one or more replicates) being compared.
R^2	The squared Pearson correlation coefficient. The correlation between two samples is calculated on log₁₀ transformed counts.
