Create Subview

A subview provides an alternative view of the data in the Variant Table.

Each subview resides on a different tab with a unique set of filters and column settings. Create an unlimited number of tabs for as many views as necessary. When generating a report, you can select variants across tabs to include in the report.

1. From the Variant Table, select the drop-down arrow on a subview tab, and then select New.

A new tab appears with the default columns.

2. Double-click the new tab label and enter a label of your choice.
3. Modify the subview as needed.
Sort table columns.
Flag variants.
Apply new or saved variant filters.
4. To remove a subview, point to the subview tab and select the Clear icon on the left side of the label.
