View Variant Details
View the association details and history for a variant. Variants are grouped by higher-order curation type, knowledge base, and association type. The number of entries for the variant is identified in parentheses next to the group label.

From the Cases tab, select an analysis result to open the case. |

In the Variant column, select Variant Details. |
The Variant Details View opens.

To view the interpretation history and details, expand the Interpretation panel. |

To view interpretations for the variant in other cases, expand the Past Cases panel. |
|

Select a higher-order curation tab. |
|
6.
|
Select a knowledge base name. |
|
7.
|
Select an association type. Only association types with one or more entries in the selected knowledge base are listed. |

8.

Select the arrow to the left of the association. |
The row expands to display the association details. The Evidence tabs group the supporting evidence by evidence type.

To view changes in your knowledge base that have not been approved, select Show Draft. |
NOTE
Draft view is only available for Enabled curations with pending changes.

To view supporting evidence, select an evidence tab. |

12.
|
To return to the Variant Grid, select Back to case. |
