UCSC Genome Browser
DesignStudio includes a hyperlink to the UCSC Genome Browser for each target listed in the design. The UCSC Genome Browser opens in a new browser tab and allows you to interactively visualize the genomic data for your targets.
Select the external link icon next to a target's name to view its details.
