Target Region |
The name or type of the target region. |

Chr |
The chromosome number. |

Start |
The base pair coordinate for the start position of the chromosome. |

Stop |
The base pair coordinate for the stop position of the chromosome. |
|||||||||||||||
|
Targets |
The number of targets added to the design followed by the total number of targets in the target region. For Full Region targets, this column displays FR. |

Probes |
The number of probes added to the design followed by the total number of probes in the target region. |
|||||||||||||||
|
Gaps |
The number of subregions that DesignStudio could not cover. |

Probe Spacing |
The center-to-center spacing of the enrichment probes within the region of interest:

Coverage |
The percent of target bases covered by the amplicons. |
