View Reports
| 1. | Select View Reports from the DesignStudio navigation bar. |
| 2. | Select the assay type tab for the project report you would like to view. |
| 3. | [Optional] To filter the designs by State, select a State from the drop-down box to the right of the assay tabs. |
| 4. | From the View Report column of the desired project, select View Report. |
There are two types of reports:
| • | Design Detail Report— A graphical report detailing the coverage and gaps information relative to the targets that were submitted for design. |
| • | Variant Detail Report—A report displaying details of variants found within target regions. The variants are identified by the variant database selected at design creation (ie, 1000 Genomes, or dbSNP). |
