Introduction

DesignStudio is an online design tool that currently supports custom assay design and ordering for Targeted Resequencing, Gene Expression, and Genotyping projects. DesignStudio is available through the MyIllumina web site. A MyIllumina account is required and can be requested at https://my.illumina.com/Account/Register.

Online Help

This online help is organized, in general, according to DesignStudio workflows. To complete a DesignStudio project, select the workflow and then work through the table of contents for the workflow from top to bottom.

Online Training

For step-by-step online training, login to your MyIllumina account. Then, search for DesignStudio and select the TRAINING Category. You can find additional resources on the Illumina web site.
