Targeted resequencing allows you to interrogate a specific portion of the genome to elucidate or characterize variants of interest. Nextera Rapid Capture Custom Enrichment is a robust, integrated sample prep and enrichment assay that has been enabled for both whole exome and custom target enrichment. Nextera Rapid Capture Custom Enrichment can be used to target ~0.5 – 15Mb of custom genomic content starting from as little as 50ng of input gDNA. DesignStudio is a powerful, web-based tool that allows you to designate which regions or exons you wish to include in your Nextera Rapid Capture Custom Enrichment assay. You can choose to create a completely unique custom design from scratch or add-on new content to an existing design. For add-on functionality, you can use either a previously designed Nextera Rapid Capture Custom Enrichment design that you have ordered or an Illumina designed content set, such as Nextera Rapid Capture Exome.
