Normalized Hits Per Sample File
The Normalized Hits Per Sample tab-separated values (.tsv) file (NormalizedHitsPerSample_M#.tsv) contains the normalized expression values calculated in the clustering process.
The file displays these first 3 columns:

| ▶ | Amplicon ID |
| ▶ | Assay ID |
The remaining columns correspond to sample identifiers, which are sample IDs, not sample names.
Unlike the TargetHitsPerSample.tsv file, there is no second line providing the corresponding sample names. The remaining lines provide the expression data for amplicons, one-per-line. The reported expression values reported here are MAD-normalized. The ordering of the samples/columns and rows/amplicons are different in this file, compared to the TargetHitsPerSample.tsv file. In this file, the rows and columns are reordered to correspond to the ordering defined by the clustering.
