Adding Interpretations
Record your interpretations of the biological or clinical impact of each variant in the Interpretation column of the variants table.
The software keeps a record of every interpretation added for a variant. The last saved interpretation has a status of Active, while previous interpretations have a status of Archived.
| • | The history of active and archived interpretations for the variant, including interpretations in other cases, is visible in the Interpretation panel in Variant Details View, under Interpretation History. |
| • | The list of active interpretations for the variant in other cases is visible in the Past Cases panel in Variant Details View. |
NOTE
Variant interpretations added to other cases are not included in Interpretation History or Past Cases until the sample is reanalyzed. See Reanalyze a Sample.
