Clinical Trial |
Not currently supported. The relationship between the variant and a disease is investigated in an ongoing clinical trial. |

Mendelian |
The inherited variant has a direct link to the phenotype. |

Molecular Classification |
The variant acts as a molecular marker in classification of the disease/phenotype into a subtype. The variant is not predictive, prognostic, or Mendelian in nature. |

Predictive |
The variant affects the response to a drug on a phenotype background. |

Prognostic |
The variant is associated with a change in disease prognosis. |
