Create Sample Metadata Manifest
When you import a batch of VCF files, the software generates a sample metadata manifest that you can download and use to add metadata to each imported file. Edit and save the downloaded sample metadata manifest as a tab-separated values file, then import it into BaseSpace Variant Interpreter.
Each row in the sample metadata manifest contains metadata for one VCF file (which becomes a case upon import). A unique result path containing the VCF file name links the case to the metadata. This path is generated for each imported VCF file and is available on the Cases tab.
