Registry Overview
The Registry is the primary workspace for BaseSpace Variant Interpreter. From the Registry, you can perform the following tasks:
| • | Import data to create cases |
| • | View data import status and types |
| • | View and search cases, projects, and subjects |
The Registry lists all cases, projects, and subjects in your account, up to 25 items per page. Use the navigation arrows at the bottom of each list to scroll through pages. To narrow results within the current list, use the Search field.
Across the top of each page in the Registry, a summary of data provides a count of cases by import state and a count of cases by data type.
