Generate Reports
BaseSpace Variant Interpreter provides tools to create a report from a case and export results to an external report in PDF file format. You can select interpreted variants in the case and then use the tabs on the Report Creation page to create a sequencing test report. The sample class determines whether a germline or tumor report template is used. For information about creating custom report templates, see Create Custom Report Templates.
Selected variants are sorted across autopopulated tabs based on the interpretation. The appendix lists the database versions and free text fields provide options for manually adding information to the report.
