Visualize Sample Data
BaseSpace Variant Interpreter includes case-level static and dynamic visualizations.
| • | Case-level static visualizations are displayed in a panel between the case metadata and the variant grid. |
| • | Dynamic visualizations are displayed in an expandable section within the variant grid. |
NOTE
Visualization of case data from DRAGEN-generated VCFs is supported if copy number calling was performed and the tumor.target.counts.gc-corrected and baf.bedgraph.gz output files are present in the same folder as the VCFs.
